Homeless man arrested after fatal slashing
Cops charged a homeless man with murder after he slashed a fellow indigent to death in a Manhattan shelter, cops said Tuesday. Saladin Saunders, 41, allegedly cut 45-year-old Keith Warney’s throat after the pair tussled in the Park View Hotel shelter on W. 110th St. in Harlem about 8 p.m.
