Police arrest unidentified woman after she climbed up the 30ft steel flagpole and removed the flag before returning to the ground

The Confederate flag was temporarily removed from in front of the South Carolina Statehouse on Saturday.

An unidentified black woman was about halfway up the more than 30ft steel flagpole just after dawn on Saturday when State Capitol police told her to come down. Instead, she continued up and removed the flag before returning to the ground.

Students participate in a hands-on demonstration about the heart.

New York, NY -- "Morgan's Big Biology Test" is an interactive stage play that teaches young people about heart-healthy living and exposes them to careers in the biomedical sciences. Morgan is a teenager who loves hip-hop music, but hates science as she goes on a journey that teaches her the importance of having a healthy heart and being successful in school.

Performances will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm in the Herbert Cave Auditorium of Harlem Hospital Center located at 506 Malcolm X Blvd., New York, NY 10037.

The play stars Monique Pappas (guest star of HBO's Show Me a Hero and Crime), as Dr. Holden, Ash Tai in the title role of Morgan (writer and performer of As I Go Through which premiered at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe), Nishad More of NYU Tisch's as the hype-man, Mr. Adrenaline and Darin Frank Earl II as the Narrator.

Following the performance, a panel of healthcare professionals will interact with students to give advice about their studies and careers in medicine. The students will learn hands-only Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the anatomical structure of the heart through a hands-on demonstration.
