Mr. Rodriguez was last seen in the area of East 109th Street and Lexington Avenue on 1/6/13 at 4:00 PM in the borough of Manhattan. He is described as being 5'5", 170 lbs., grey hair, brown eyes last seen wearing a green sweater and blue jeans. Mr. Rodriguez suffers from Alzheimer's. Photo is attached.
